DorKey Locksmith Services is a trade name of Moen Security Solutions LLC. In this Privacy Policy, “DorKey,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Moen Security Solutions LLC doing business as DorKey Locksmith Services. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://dorkeylocksmith.com (the “Site”), submit a service request, or contact us through a phone, text, or email link on the Site.
1. Who We Are
DorKey Locksmith Services provides residential, commercial, automotive, and safe and vault locksmith services in Omaha, Blair, surrounding eastern Nebraska, western Iowa, and nearby communities.

2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the Site, you may provide:
- Your name, phone number, and email address;
- A service address, ZIP code, or general service location;
- The type of service requested;
- Vehicle year, make, and model for an automotive request;
- A description of the lock, key, safe, security hardware, or other service issue;
- A preferred service date and preferred contact method;
- Photos or other files you voluntarily upload;
- Your permission for DorKey to contact you about the request; and
- Information contained in later calls, texts, or emails with us.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, alarm codes, safe combinations, key codes, passwords, copies of identification documents, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for us to evaluate your request. If proof of identity or authorization is needed, DorKey will arrange an appropriate way to review it.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, DorKey and its website service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- Browser type, device type, and operating system;
- Pages or features requested;
- Referring URL;
- Date and time of a request;
- General location inferred from an IP address; and
- Security, diagnostic, performance, and error-log information.
This information is generally collected through server logs, cookies, local storage, and similar technologies needed to deliver, protect, and maintain the Site.
Payment Information
The Site’s service-request form does not ask for payment-card information and does not currently process online payments. If you later arrange and pay for locksmith service through a separate payment provider, that provider may process payment information under its own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Receive, evaluate, and respond to service requests;
- Call, text, or email you using the contact method you select;
- Discuss availability, service options, estimates, parts, and scheduling;
- Provide locksmith services and customer support;
- Verify identity, ownership, possession, or authority before performing work;
- Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized entry, misuse, or threats to safety;
- Maintain business, service, warranty, accounting, and legal records;
- Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Site;
- Enforce our agreements and protect DorKey, our customers, and others; and
- Comply with law, legal process, insurance requirements, and lawful government requests.
DorKey will use the contact permission given through the service-request form to communicate about that request. We will not treat that permission as consent to unrelated marketing messages.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose relevant information to:
- Website and technology providers that host the Site, store form submissions and uploaded photos, provide databases, protect the Site, or provide technical support;
- Communication and business providers that help us manage phone calls, texts, email, records, payments, accounting, or customer service;
- Technicians, vendors, or service partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a service requested by you;
- Professional advisers and insurers, such as accountants, attorneys, and insurance providers;
- Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized access, or protect rights, property, or safety; and
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
Service providers may use information only for the services they provide to DorKey or as otherwise permitted by their own legal obligations.
DorKey does not sell personal data and does not process personal data for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies and Third-Party Technology
The Site may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, security, form handling, and user preferences. You can adjust browser settings to limit these technologies, but doing so may affect Site functionality.
The Site is hosted and supported through Hostinger. Hostinger may process technical data and form information while providing hosting, storage, security, and related services. You can review the Hostinger Privacy Policy.
The Site currently requests typefaces from Google Fonts. When a browser requests those files, Google may receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, the date and time, and a referring URL. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.
As of the effective date above, DorKey does not intentionally use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies on the Site. If we add analytics, advertising, embedded maps, chat, scheduling, online payment, or similar tools, we will update this Policy and any consent controls required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to and manage a service request;
- Provide service and maintain appropriate service records;
- Meet tax, accounting, insurance, warranty, and legal obligations;
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
- Prevent fraud or unauthorized access; and
- Maintain the security and continuity of our systems.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, deidentify it, or retain it only when required or permitted by law. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information under our control. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data;
- Request access to or a copy of personal data;

- Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales of personal data, or qualifying profiling.
DorKey does not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to lawful exceptions.
If we deny a request and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, email service@dorkeylocksmith.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults seeking locksmith information or service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as a Google Business Profile, social-media page, payment provider, or map. DorKey does not control those third parties, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in another reasonable manner.
